City-based industrialists have come up with a unique tournament – Corporate Cricket Cup – that will start at the Palm Gardens, GT Road, on May 10.

In a press conference organized on Tuesday, Karan Malhotra from Ashok Malhotra Group, Nishant Sood from 94.3 My FM and Anudeep Sharma from Pernod Ricard India, said entry to the tournament was free of cost. They said the tournament would feature cheerleaders from Chandigarh and after-match parties.

They said a total of 20 teams would participate in the tournament, which would comprise of corporate managers and assistant managers.

The tournament which would include 10-over matches would be played in league-cum-knock-out format from May 10 to 31.

The sponsors of the tournament include Seagram Royal Stag, SPS Apollo Hospitals, Leadads, Coca Cola, Hyper City, Brew Masters and Era Silver Jewelers.
