The city is waking up to a new trends, representing the sizzle of the Lohri bonfire, are the sizzlers that are a part of the Sizzler festival which is underway at the BrewMaster Restrobar in Westend Mall. The Sizzler Festival was kick started at the Restrobar on Friday.

Treat yourself to international cuisines through this range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers that are here to tickle your taste buds with their variety. To send your senses into a tizzy there are chicken stake, mutton chops, fish, Mexican veg, cottage cheese and cordon blue cheese sizzlers to choose from.

The best part is that you can choose the sauce that you want your sizzler with. There is a choice of lemon butter sauce, hot paprika sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper sauce, barbecue sauce and red wine sauce to go with your sizzler.
If you find yourself wondering what you should try, Chef recommends mutton chops in black pepper sauce and cordon blue cheese in sauteed mushroom sauce. “The festival will be on till January 18,” said Navin Uniyal, General Manager, The BrewMaster.
