Living up to your dreams in The BrewMaster that kicked off its Monsoon Festival on Saturday. Your urge for something spicy and hot in dealt with the mouthwatering dishes that are being offered as a part of the festival.
The misred menu offers flavors from India. With a couple of dishes in the Chinese and Continental sections. There is a delight for the non-vegetarians in the form of chicken, for the vegetarians there is ‘matter ki tikki’ and ‘kurkuri bhindi’.
Chef Kaushik, who has put in the efforts to bring out these dishes for the Ludhiana said that he strongly recommended that the muttons kebab is something that one should try for sure. For the vegetables the bhindi kurkuri should delight the foodie.
To complement the monsoon menu, The Micro Brewery has introduced a special banana flavoured beer, the Munich Pioneer which should make the monsoon Festival even more exciting and interesting. “The Monsoons Festival will go on till july 28”, informed Naveen Uniyal, Central manager, Brew Master. “This week the people will be able to enjoy the festival which will make their experience of monsoon even better.”
