Everyone wants to feel like royalty and what better way to do it than to feast on Mughlai cuisine that is being served as a part of the Mughlai food festival at BrewMaster, Westend Mall, Ludhiana.
The festival kick started on Friday and will go on till Sunday. There is a long list of dishes that are available as a part of the festival. There are salads, a soup, a range of main course dishes and even desert to delight the palate.
Punjabis are particularly fond of Mughlai food and the festival is a good opportunity to feast your eyes and taste buds with delectable snacks like Tandoori chicken chat. To go with the snacks are the delicious salads like Green salad, cucumber salad, Aloo chat and sprouted chicken beans salad.
The main course is equality tantalizing with fish, mutton and chicken dishes like Nihari ghost, Murgh korma, murgh Lazzat Awadhi, Nargishi kofta curry, Mumtaj murgh and fish curry.
The vegetarians need not feel disappointed because there are a variety of dishes for those who do not eat meat. They can delight themselves with Dal Bukhara, Dal chick pea, Shahi paneer, Paneer makhani, Malai Kofta, Aloo lazwab, Dum aloo lucknowi, Gunju keema, Methi malai com, Veg keema mutter, Peas Pulao, Onion Pulao, Yakhni Biryani and Gobhi mussalam.
After a Sumptuous meal from the royal menu, for those with a sweet tooth there is a chana kheer, shahi tukra, gajer halwa and gulab jamun.
